During my recent stay at Twinhof, I was kinda surprised by the cleanliness and freshness of the rooms. The bathroom was super clean and the manager was accommodating, allowing me to check in early without any issues. The location was also convenient, with a short walk to the U-Bahn station and a bus stop just a minute away.
Although the room was advertised as having a kitchen, I was disappointed to find that there were no utensils or even a glass provided. When I requested a towel, I was given a pair of wet towels.

The hotel offered a good price-quality ratio. The comfortable bed and clean bathroom were a plus point. the location was perfect for my business trip, close to public transportation and important landmarks.
The noise level was pretty high, I could hear people from the nearby rooms and the smoking area. The absence of basic amenities, such as a kettle or kitchen utensils, bothered me.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, which is beneficial for budget travellers. Guests can easily access public transportation and a few nearby shops. Some rooms offer a nice view of the parking lot and bathrooms are quite clean. some guests admired the professionalism of the receptionist who handled early check-ins.
Some guests complained about the lack of privacy when staying in certain rooms which face the terrace.

The location was convenient for my business meetings. the room rate was affordable and included basic amenities. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the front desk staff provided prompt and friendly service.
The room lacked cleanliness, particularly the floors and bathroom. the noise from neighboring rooms and smoking area was disruptive.
